Can I purchase an online item over the phone? 

Placing an order through our shopping cart is as secure as ordering by phone, but we realize that sometimes you may have questions and want to speak to a real person. Please call our store (703) 771-9006 10 am - 5pm eastern standard time. If no one is available to assist you or if it is after hours, please leave a detailed message and we will return the call as soon as possible.

 

What are your return and exchange policies?

In-stock items: If you would like to exchange or return an item please contact us by e-mail. Please have your order # ready as well as the reason for the return. Please do not ship items back to our store without prior authorization, some get shipped back directly to our suppliers. For returns that are non-defective we charge a 25% restocking fee. Shipping and gift wrap fees are non-refundable. If for any reason you need to return an item that had free shipping, the standard shipping costs will also be deducted from your refund. All items must be returned in their original, unworn and unopened packaging. Items purchased at our location in Leesbug Virginia stores are non-refundable.

 

Can I cancel a custom order?

To ensure that our customers get their custom orders as fast as possible, we place those orders with our vendors that same day. For this reason, make sure that you really want what you are ordering. Custom orders are non-refundable. This includes but is not limited to all Bella Notte products, Barnwood Furniture, Eloquence Furniture, and Pom Pom products. If you contact us within one business day of your online order you will be refunded and your order will be canceled. 

 

Can I pick up an online item in store? 

Yes. Please call prior to placing your order to discuss arrangements.
