Placing an order through our shopping cart is as secure as ordering by phone, but we realize that sometimes you may have questions and want to speak to a real person. Please call our store (703) 771-9006 10 am - 5pm eastern standard time. If no one is available to assist you or if it is after hours, please leave a detailed message and we will return the call as soon as possible.
Measuring for furniture:
It is very important to measure carefully and correctly when placing an order. That couch may be the perfect thing for your living room, but will you be able to get it through the door? The measurements for all of our larger items are listed, but please take into consideration the dimensions of all doorways and entryways, stairways, hallways and tight corners and any fixtures or other obstacles that my be present where you want your new furniture placed.
Returns and Exchange policies
In-stock items:
If you would like to exchange or return an item please contact us by e-mail. Please have your order # ready as well as the reason for the return. Please do not ship items back to our store without prior authorization, some get shipped back directy to our suppliers. For returns that are nondefective we charge a 25% restocking fee. Shipping and gift wrap fees are non-refundable. If for any reason you need to return an item that had ³free shipping², the standard shipping costs will also be deducted from your refund. All items must be returned in their original, unworn and unopened packaging. Items purchased at our locations in Leesbug and Ashburn Virginia stores are non-refundable.
Canceling a Custom order:
To ensure that our customers get their custom orders as fast as possible, we place those orders with our vendors that same day. For this reason, make sure that you really want what you are ordering. Custom orders are non-refundable. This includes but is not limited to all Rachel Ashwell SHABBY CHIC, and Bella Notte products.
Shipping our Vintage Collection furniture is an additional fee:.
We ship blanket wrap Via Plycon, unless otherwise specified and arranged by you. Local delivery services are available to most parts of Virginia, Maryland, West Virginia and Pennsylvania. We ship to both residential and business, but residential deliveries may result in additional charges (i.e. white glove service instead of drop shipping). We are not responsible for miscommunication between freight carrier and consignee (recipient). Delivery discrepancies, damages, and freight charges are the sole responsibility of the freight carrier once the merchandise has been accepted.
